Stop your server.
Start your server.
When it's fully started, stop it again.
Go in to your server files.
Go to the logs folder.
Open the file called latest.log.
Copy and paste the contents at http://pastebin.com/.
Post it there and then link the URL here.

Make sure you're opening it with Wordpad, Notepad, Notepad ++, or something like that.

You have many problems.

Redownload all plugins where this is written: "MineSecure", "SilkSpawners"

Do not have two copies of the same plugin in your plugins folder. Delete all duplicates. It is written for more than one plugin.

Plugin "CoinFlipping". Update to Java 8
Plugin "BetterDrops" too
Plugin "DakataAntiCheat" too

Install ProtocolLib

WHAT. THE. HECK.
Redownload that plugin. From a trusted source (e.g. BukkitDev)

Send the lines 812 - 829 to the author of "holograma"

"Citizens" is not compatible with your version of bukkit. Doownload the correct one.

There may be more, but this are the first I found.
