    My factions doesn't work for some reason, could someone help me? :)

    Stop your server.
    Start your server.
    When it's fully started, stop it again.
    Go in to your server files.
    Go to the logs folder.
    Open the file called latest.log.
    Copy and paste the contents at http://pastebin.com/.
    Post it there and then link the URL here.

    Err.. Factions isn't working because you don't have it on your server... Also since you're on 1.8 get your Essentials from here:
    https://hub.spigotmc.org/jenkins/job/Spigot-Essentials/

    It's a version compiled by Spigot that works on 1.8, whereas the version you have works on 1.7.2 - 1.7.10.

    I just told you what was wrong. I will not be adding you on Skype, and it is against rule 4 to share personal information, including Skype usernames.
