EyesOfEnder and EXP Bottles

I've been having a lot of trouble lately. Is there any way that I can keep people from throwing Eyes of Ender and EXP bottles? I just don't want anyone using those, as in throwing them.

A plugin can be easily written to accomplish that. Not sure if there is one that does it already.

EDIT: I can do this as it's probably really simple. Just drop me a message.

In the Essentials directory, open the config.yml file with Notepad+++ (or anything you like), then scroll down to you see the EssentialsAntiBuild section (if you have EssentialsAntiBuild addon for Essentials), then you must use the IDs of the items, wich can be found here, and put it in!
For example you wanna disable ender pearls and bottle o' enchantments, type in this in the "usage" section of the "blacklist" section:
usage: 368,384,381

You can also try BanXP plugin, but I prefer Essentials
Essentials have WAY more features anyway. You can also block Eyes of Ender as said!

Here's an example of the EssentialsAntiBuild section:
