Plugin Help Essentials Kit Enchanting Help

I recently started my server and having trouble dealing with Enchantments in kits with essentials.
When I attempt to do /kit Dtools it doesn't say anything in game or doesn't give me the items. If I do /kit tools I get them. no promblem. I haven't touched the config for the kits. It only doesn't work with items that have enchantments on them

List of my plugins: WorldEdit, TimTheEnchanter, Essentials, EssentialsChat, GroupManager, PlaceholderAPI, PlugMan, Vault, EssentialsSpawn, EZRanksPro, WorldGuard, Multiverse-core, KitAdder, MineResetLite.

I have tried disabling all the plugins and it still doesn't work. Thanks

 

I would download a new KitAdder and Essentials, they could be interfering with each other, my 2 cents.
