Essentials Fly - Always On

Suggested name: Fly Always On

What I want: Plugin that will make it, so that essential fly will always be on whenever you use ./fly (for example combat, you get combat tag, your fly gets disabled but once your combat tag is over then you can just double tap space and fly again instead of typing, fly)
