Plugin Help Essentials Chat Formatting

For some reason everytime I attempt to change the formatting of my chat nothing changes. I've even tried to copy someone else's format and past it into my config and nothing happens. The config still works (Kits, enabled signs, etc) so I know my config isn't broken.

If you're using PermissonsEx for permissions take a look at ChatEx for chat formatting:

I am using GroupManager, I always have. I've never had this issue before.

 

It's an issue with Essentials. Do you have EssentialsChat installed? Also, please do the following:

Stop your server.
Start your server.
When it's fully started, stop it again.
Go in to your server files.
Go to the logs folder.
Open the file called latest.log.
Copy and paste the contents at http://pastebin.com/.
Post it there and then link the URL here.
