Solved error with startup! mac

i keep getting this error at startup. it loads all good and then when someone logs in it stops the server. here is the full log, error, and my start.command. i run on a mac through terminal and had this once before when 1.3.1 came out and i went on bukkits dev build. PLEASE HELP!!!

FIXED IT! it was orebfuscator or however u spell it. it had good features but i have so many problems with that plugin!
