Problem/Bug Error when running Essentials

I have a CraftBukkit server for my friends and I running with no problems. However, when I put plugins in like Essentials, it gives me an error. Below I have provided a log of the console when I start up the server. The error does not affect my or other's ability to play on the server, other than the fact that we can't use plugins. I know this is a common issue, and as a result I have looked into fixing it. I have the latest CraftBukkit version and I have all of the .jars that Essentials needs to run properly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.


P.S. My name is old, from when I used to play minecraft. My friends and I decided to try it out again, so that's why I have this little server going. New username is Drowzee1.

 

Your version of Essentials only supports up to 1.7.10. Here is a version that works on 1.10.2:
