Error that stops the server for working ! Ideas ?

I can see that this error is then cuasing an error with Mcbans Json file but I just need to know a rough root cause if possible tho it appears a plugin is trying to do something at same time as another hence concurrent error.

but yes obviously removing the mcbans problem file would be a good place to start.
