Plugin name: EnderchestEditor

What I want: I need a plugin that would add or remove items from a player's enderchest via a command.

For example:
Let's say I want to give gold to Notch via his enderchest, I would type /echest Notch add 266 16, and 16 gold ingots would be added.

The command would be /echest (name) add/remove (ID) (amount)

This would need to work via console.

Commands: /echest (name) add/remove (ID) (amount), command to add/remove items from a specific player's echest.

/echest add/remove (ID) (amount), command to add/remove items effecting all echests.

Permissions: echest.edit, permissions to edit echests.
