"End of Stream" Error, how to fix?

    Hey guys I have a problem, when I login to my server it says "End of Stream". it polls fine but when i connect it says end of stream. After a few tries it works or if if a load a singleplayer world. Anybody got any idea why it says "End of Stream"?

    Basically it means it loses a connection. Just keep hitting Refresh, or restart Minecraft.

    Thanks, but it happens a lot less now, I think it was because of lag
