Enchanting Table Expansion

im sure this has been requested many times but in my searches i havent found specifically what im looking for in the sea of results, basically what im trying to find is a plugin/mod to add new options to the enchanting table, to add custom enchants using only the table and not commands. it doesnt really matter what the enchants actually do only that they are available in the table itself.
