Edit player limit without restarting

Suggested name: MaxPlayerLimit

What I want: A plugin that can change the actual max player limit without restarting the server (the one that is shown next to the motd)

Ideas for commands: /mpl <limit>

When I'd like it by: Anytime

Notice: I can't find a plugin that does exact what i wanted, and is updated. However if you find it, let me know, and ill mark this as filled.

As far as I know, you can't change the MaxPlayer while the server is running. What we could do is create a plugin where the server sets their max players to 100, then we can just let the plugin manage how many players can currently be on the server. I know you can change the MaxPlayers number that you see when you have a server's IP saved on your game.

The reason why i posted that was just a lazy way to tell PEX don't like reload, and btw some of my other plugins don't either
