Woohoo, thanks for the fix, updating now.

I fixed my CommandShops by downloading the latest version of Register.
My only problem now is that I can't do:
/shop browse buy
Anyone reposting issues about Register not being found, please refer to the Warning in the OP.
I'm still having some 'internal error commands' with /shop browse buy & /shop set sell
I've finally figured out this "git" business and have added the project there, along with all the intermediary versions. Future releases will not include the source in the jar.
What do you guys think about entirely removing the bundle system? It seems to add needless complexity and will make it nigh impossible to implement a gui using chest-hackery. Does anyone really love or rely on this feature in some way?
@zolcos please update to 1337 and PEX. It seems my users can create shops even though they dont ahve the permission.
PEX compatibility isn't really my prob but please give more info about the permissions issue, at a minimum the log and config http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/request-saying-its-broke-doesnt-help-solve-the-issue.839/ and the reason why it looks like 1337 breaks it
Please keep Bundles, useful for my Members on my server that have the basic Manager commands.
Just updated Commandshops to 3.5.4, with register at the latest version. The plugin doesn't even load now. It might be something to do with Essentials - it appears in the error.
Getting this error:
2011-10-26 05:03:19 [SEVERE] Could not load 'plugins/CommandShops.jar' in folder 'plugins': Register
read the op
It's not to do with essentials, just got that checked. I renamed Register to ARegister - but that did nothing. Any idea?
Thanks for the update. In that case, please make a comment on the bukkit bug linked in the op. If enough people point it out then maybe they will fix it. If nobody says "me too" they'll just ignore the problem
Please upgrade to latest RB
Oh hey, a mod.
- What issues are you experiencing with the latest RB?
- Once I do that is there any remaining possibility of getting moved to Plugin Releases?
I don't test plugins, just judge the post. You need to fix the title to let people know it works with the latest RB (if it does, according to your tests)
It seems this is conflicting with essentials..
Of course. I was just confused by the wording. I'd call that more of an "update" than an "upgrade" or "fix".
1337-tested version is actually ready to go but minecraft.net was down last time I had the time to qa final changes. It'll happen soon.
Please release the CB 1337 version asap
Update: I unfortunately ran into an issue preventing me from releasing the latest CS version, but I'll get it out once I've taken care of it.
Moved to releases
I just installed this plugin. I have bPerms and iConomy 6+ and Showcase. I specifically added commandshops.* and commandshops.admin to the Admin permissions list, even though I am in ops.txt and am listed as Admin in groups. I get the message: "You already have the maximum number of shop or don't have permission to create them." What is the problem? Other than this being my first time creating an smp server.
Does it work if you give yourself commandshops.admin directly?
No, it doesn't. commandshops.admin is in the admin group permissions. By giving that command to myself directly do you mean where my name is actually listed with the groups I'm in, put the node there?
It would have been nice to have been contacted about the fork to save both of us the trouble. http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/localshops/ - If you could migrate and help maintain the official project I would appreciate it. We were slow about releasing an LS4 - and it had been in testing for a very long time because of some feature changes we pushed and both cereal and I getting involved in other projects.
One way to fix your Register problem is to put your depends in the plugin.yml to a soft-depend. That way, the plugin loads after Register is loaded.
I'm all ears regarding workarounds but is there any evidence of this? (I only press the issue because I can't reproduce the problem myself.) From what I've read, the same thing applies to both depend types.
I agree that it makes more sense to combine efforts, but my goals for this project have been a lot different than what LS4 ended up being, so I'm not so sure I can do that.
Feel free to use any useful changes from here, though.
soft-depend enable your plugin when the dependency listed is loaded. That way, it wait for Register to load first. Did that on my server and it fixed the problem.
LS doesn't actually have any goals really - other than squashing bugs and possibly having some form of dynamicness in the future - my time is much split though. It does have better econ/permission support since it doesn't use Register.
What were your goals for CommandShops?
Despite the issues, I still have a lot of faith in Register and SuperPerms.
Alright. It can't hurt, so I'll make this change for the next version.
The only thing keeping me from making the next release is a problem integrating the latest Bukkit config class:
Separate names with a comma.
