Suggested name: DropParty Wands

What I want: In This plugin you would use a stick or blaze rod to drop multiple blocks at one creating a drop party but at the same time you can drop essentials kits and Custom items. You can add percentages to what is being drop

(percentage): meaning how likely it is to be dropped

Ideas for commands:
/Dpwand (block) (amount) (percentage)
/Dpwand (kit) (amount) (percentage)
/Dpwand Toggle
/Dpwand Stop
/Dpwand (ebottles) (amount): this is so when you are having a drop party you can drop enchantment bottles
/Dpwand broadcast &d&lDrop party &c&lIs Starting go to &a&lWarp Dp &c&lto join
/Dpwand broadcast &d&lThanks &c&lfor joining the drop party

Ideas for permissions: dpwand.use: this will include all comands
