   Ok I've realised paypal has a age limit of "18" but obviously who follows that anyway, recently I sent a donation through paypal to a dev but I realised something, that he is a kid (aint saying no names)
   and It came up as "payment status: Unclaimed"
   Now how will this unclaimed affect him and me? can someone provide some explanation?
   By donating to devs through bukkit am I breaking some paypal TOS?

   Its unclaimed because unconfirmed accounts cannot accept a payment unless 21 days have passed the payment day.

   It really doesn't matter, but it is better to donate to somebody with a verified paypal account. I'm 16 and I've gotten many donations through it.
