Discontinued spawn plugin modification

I would like https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/random-spawn/files/621208 modified so that the player only spawns on the perimeter of the spawn area.

If possible, have the player also spawn facing toward the spawn area center point, that or the world origin. Please either make this feature toggle able in the config or make a separate version.

At first, the plugin may not load because the plugin name in plugin.yml has a space. remove the space and the plugin should load.
