Disable lava turning into obsidian

Could someone make a plugin which I can disable with that lava turns into obsidian? If possible only in specified regions (just like the WorldGuard regions)? If you know a plugin which does this, tell me please

No, there is an ability to disable water- and lava-flow, but when I disable both, lava still turns into obsidian.

 

oh wait... you can disable obisidian generators.. I thought this was that function..

I tried to figure it out but it seems to me like this change is hardcoded to the core of the game and cannot be changed... But maybe it is just mine lack of experience.
