   I need to know how to disable the join info that appears to the player every time he or she connects.
   By that I mean the messages that appear ONLY to the connecting player, that say things like"
   
   "type /help for a list of commands"
   and
   "type /list to see who else is online"
   
   I have not found a place in the essentials config to disable this, but I may have missed it.

   In the essentials folder clear the text in the motd.txt (DO not delete it though)
