demote/promote wont work after new version essentials and or permissions

so heya guys i updated the server and now anytime i want to demote and or promote somebody

i get the message

some groups do not have a rank defined,some commands are unavailable

i checked permissions but i cant figure it outso i place the setup down under
with player names and so on removed

You haven't set any ranks. Take a look at the PermissionsPlus thread for information on how to set them.

 

alright missed that but how do i fill in the level of rank ?? is banned 1 or 0 ?? and i admin for say 9 or 10 ??
