Deadzones & Anti-Poison

What I want: I would like a plugin that with the corners being selected by commands and created will create a poison effect in that area, and possibly giving some effects to make the area looking weird when entering the area. Also to combat the everlasting poison anyone can throw a some items like milk and a golden helmet that when equipped poison instantly goes away. (The antipoison command is to get it without any work for ops)

Ideas for commands: /dz create [name] /dz delete [name] /dz antipoisonmask /dz1 /dz2

Ideas for permissions: dz.deadzone.create dz.deadzone.delete dz.antipoison.craft dz.antipoison.spawn
