   I'm looking for a plugin that lets you customize what /help says.
   
   It should have a config or commands that let you set each line of it.
   
   (Make /? still have normal help function while /help have the new custom function)

   I'm not sure, I guess so. It simply replaces the /help command text with custom text printed to the player, not modifying the actual command help set by the plugin and bukkit
