Plugin Request Custom Plugin For Me Custom

Well, if you've heard of the plugin "GUIAPI" , you would know that its an API that lets you create GUIs, I would like a plugin where when a player joins, it opens a GUI and it is animated

7 rows down, 7 columns, top right, top left, bottom right, and bottom left are started out as Redstoneblocks that dont have a name, then quickly change to orangestainedclay, without a name either.

4th column is a static fire (/i fire) and it is named: Minigames and it quickly changes through those colors quickly, and below it is a square shape:
((square, square, square, square
square, square, square, square
square, square, square, square
square, square, square, square))

and the first 4 are named: OITC, Super Paintball, FFA, and TnTTag, they are all in the same color animation as "Minigames".

2nd row in the squares: empty, Build My Thing, empty.
Build my thing is in the same color animation as "Minigames".
