Custom Pickaxe Enchantments

Hello, my name is Rural and I have had an idea for a great new plugin that will be used for OP prison servers.

Plugin category: Enchantments

Suggested name: OPickz

What I want: I would love to see a plugin that adds in a few new pickaxe enchantments that can be bought with server tokens. The enchantments could consist of:
Flight: Enables flight for different lengths depending on the level.
Circles: Creates a circle of broken blocks around the block broken, different sized circles based on the level.
Haste: Allows the user to mine faster depending on the level.
Jump: Gives the user a different jump boost depending on the level.
Explosion: Explodes blocks around the block broken, bigger explosions depending on the level.
Dropigs a hole straight down, a bigger radius hole depending on the level.

Ideas for commands: /OPickz pickadd/(remove) [enchantment] [level]

Ideas for permissions: The command should be only accessible by manual

When I'd like it by: In atleast three days please.

I hope someone will use their time to make my plugin idea
