Craftbukkit Help File

I'm trying to modify/alter the help.yml for my server so I don't get 33 pages of information. I attempted to read the help file for a guide to work with but have been unsuccessful in getting it to work at all. ><;

I am running a Craftbukkit 1.4.7 R1.0 server. Please help!
I can post what my Help.yml looks like right now, perhaps it's something stupid like too many spaces? I did forget a : before and it caused a bunch of errors. XD

I have replaced what I had in my file with what you gave me. It took my pages down from 33 to 3, but nothing I've written is there, and it's not ignoring the plugins when it should be with the "ignore-plugins: -all" line... :\

I'm not exactly sure how this YML parser is supposed to help, I don't understand what it does or how it's supposed to look, etc when it's correct x.x
