Development Assistance Converting certain files into a plugin?

So, my friend made a plugin a while back and he lost the jar. He just gave me the github link to the plugin and said I could figure it out from there.
I have no previous/current experience with coding, so I have no idea what to do with the files. I downloaded the .zip file and it contains the following:
nbproject (folder)
src (folder)
.gitattributes
.gitignore
build.xml
manifest.mf

If it is possible to make this into a .jar for a bukkit plugin, please reply with the link, it is greatly appreciated! Also, if you could explain how to do so, that would be great!
