Setup your Firewall/Router to drop the packet when comming from that IP

Another thing is do what I did when I had a similar issue that worried me just send a email off to any places that u use for a server online status img. with the following IPS ur worried about ask if they own it and if not do the above ^^^ "Drop the packets"

The issue I had turned out to be one of them was the server status img checking if the server was online.

The other two I had were unkown probablt a new type of net bot and I droped them at the routers end.

 

Depending on what port you have open you could be getting crawled by any number of bots. It's nothing to worry about though really, if the bot doesn't speak the minecraft protocol, it can't do anything and the server just ignores the packets.

Is it seriously connecting EVERY 10 seconds?
