Console command for Bungee

Minecraft version: 1.13.2

Suggested name: ConsoleMove

What I want: I need a plugin that allows you to move players to a different bungee server through the console. Right now, bungee only has /move which is only a command in game, and I need to be able to move players through console. I'm using CoreArena and I need it to execute a command in console when the game has ended to move players back to the main server. There's an option in the config to add console commands to arena events, but currently there's no way to move players to another server through console.

Ideas for commands: No commands in game, in console /move (player) (server name) would be perfect.
