Command Import not working?

For some reason org.bukkit.command.CommandSender: and org.bukkit.command.Command:
are not working for me....

Please help

I'm pretty sure it's not the code cause I didn't even write any for it yet... When you hover over it it says "import cannot be found"

 

then you have to add bukkit.jar as a library

 

I did a while back... Is there a newer one?

 

if you want your plugins to work with the latest craftbukkit, you have to keep your bukkit.jar you use to build your plugins up to date

you can always get the latest one here, (->artifacts)

So I downloaded the latest bukkit.jar and theres no snapshots in it its just everything in notepad...

 

if you click on "artifacts" and there on "bukkit.jar" , you get the correct one:

Yea I did that I think I accidentally set it so the files open with notepad but Noe
I'm not sure how to change it back...
