Command Disabler (DIFFERENT)

    Suggested name: CommandDisable

    What I want: I have been searching and searching but there is no possibility for this I see. I want to be able to disable certain commands in certain worlds, so I could have the command /fly in the world "world" but it will be disabled in the world "Factions". OP's can not bypass this!

    Ideas for commands: /cd add <command> <world>

    Ideas for permissions: Nothing :p

    When I'd like it by: ASAP!

    /pex group <group> add -<permission> <world>

    Example:
    /pex group Default add -essentials.fly world
