Minecraft version: If possible with all versions

Suggested name: CombatLogLite

What I want: When a player hits someone with their (hand, bow, snowball, egg) the player and the attacker are put into combat mode for 30 seconds, if one of them leaves then a villager will spawn in their place if and have the same inventory as the player that left

Ideas for commands: /time : to see how long until their combat log expires

When I'd like it by: Whenever.

Commands:
/ct [player] - Gives time left in combat of player, or the sender if no player is given.
/combattime [player] - Gives time left in combat of player, or the sender if no player is given.

Permissions:
cll.check - allows the user to use /ct to check their own time remaining.
cll.check.others - allows the user to use /ct [player] to check another player's time remaining.
