Plugin Help Coloured Chat isn't working (Essentials)

Hey guys, so i recently have come across this error and its basically that although ive given a certian rank the permission node to type in chat, they still cannot type in chat. I've realised that when they try to type in chat it comes up with this ( http://prntscr.com/7iemb0 ), now this is how ive realised that its nocheatplus that is stopping players from typing in chat in colour even though they have the correct permission. I did my research and there was only 1 or 2 posts about this and in having a look at those posts all i got from it was that you had to do something in the config of nocheatplus. I did this ( http://prntscr.com/7ieja2 ), but then tried to type in chat in colour and it did not work still!! Please help as i feel this is an easy fix for someone who knows how to fix it and i don't want to have to get a new plugin just for people to type in chat in colour when there is a coloured chat in essentials.
