[CLOSED] What do YOU want?

EDIT: FIGURED OUT A SIMPLE WAY. NO NEED TO VOTE.

I'm currently working on a major project with Liam Allan. The idea is to create a new chat plugin, that is better for the everyday user, and server staff. We are incorporating popular ideas from old chat plugins, as well as some new features. One feature of course is for colored names in chat. There are 2 ways I can think of doing this.

1) Use a permission node. The problem with that is your wont be able to inherit from groups with different colors set.
2) Create a system configuration file where you would set each group to a color. The groups would be your groups set up in permissionsbukkit.

Tell me what you think would be the best solution to this. Thanks in advance!
