    Plugin category: Performance

    Minecraft version: 1.14.4

    Suggested name: SimpleClearEntity

What I want: A simple plugin to help manage lag on my server by clearing entities every so often. I know ClearLagg is out there and a lot of people use that but it has a lot of features I just don't need. I want a config where I can put how often it clears the entities, what entities it clears, and manage the messages it sends. I don't want it to clear item frames so its important that I can disable it from clearing those (or you can just make it not clear them by default) The messages are:
    1) Notifying entities will be cleared in 60 seconds like this:
    2) Notifying entities will be cleared in 20 seconds like this:
    3) Notifying entities were cleared and how many
'<#>' being how many entities were cleared
    4) How long until the next clear entity (from command)
So if the next clear entity is in 4 minutes and 28 seconds it would be: upload_2019-9-2_19-15-34.png
The messages also need to support color codes as you see.

Ideas for commands: /ce - Tells the player when the next clear entity is
    /mce - Manually clear entity

    Ideas for permissions: SCE.command.ce - /ce permission
    SCE.command.mce - /mce permission

When I'd like it by: September 7, but anytime is greatly appreciated! :D

Honestly everything you named in this plugin you want ClearLagg has. Every option has a true or false value meaning you can enable or disable virtually anything in the plugin. Also, every message that you listed you can also configure in the config of clearlagg.
If you'll look at this screenshot of my config you'll see the main configuration for the option you need. I have itemframes set to false, in my warnings I have it set so that 25 seconds before its going to clear it announces it in chat
so players can get ready to not drop anything. After that there is a 3, 2, 1, and after that items are cleared. I would check it out again, it's a very useful plugin that just needs allot of tweaking.

I’ll take another look into ClearLagg. Thank you!
