Claim Land Plugin

Hey,
In this plugin I would like you to be able to /f wand which gives u a wand where u can claim your land. You could lose money or a type of currency so that it could be more legit claim so that it isn't to over powered and that you have to mine for your money so you can claim your base! I would love to see this made!

Using griefprevention you can allow currency on claim blocks that people can buy. meaning if they want a big claim, they have to make money to buy claimblocks, you can adjust online time blocks to probably 0 so people are forced to buy them only with /buyclaimblocks <amount> meaning what u want is 100% that. The way to claim can also be adjusted to any item you desire, however i suggest either keeping the golden shovel or the wooden hoe since those 2 items are not used by any other plugin and such, then using essentials you can make a "claim kit" which gives the users the needed item to claim plots.
