Chunk Spawn of Map Broke?

Hi I have a minecraft sever and my spawn was set about x 5000 y 60 y 6000

I then teleported myself to 0 60 0 and started seeing these

im really scared because I want to use that map for my sever ;O is there anyway to fix it

I also have a few more questions

1. Is it possible to get the spawn and move it to a new world using something?

2. Is it possible to fix the world

3. is Task #598 for Essentials created a exception (in console) anything to do with these weird spawn things

Please help!
