Problem/Bug Chest Commands Not Working!

    My version is 1.11, everything is working fine except for one thing, every time I enter a command in example.yml, I go in game do /menu, the menu comes up fine, but whenever I click the icon, it says,

    ERROR UNKNOWN COMMAND, USE /HELP FOR A LIST OF COMMANDS

    PLEASE HELP!
