ChatBukkit, HomeBukkit and ScrapBukkit

    What's the difference between these plugins that the bukkit team made? HomeBukkit sounds pretty obvious, but what does Scrap- and ChatBukkit do, really? Haven't tested them out yet, because I'm lazy.
