Solved Chat Prefix

So this is my problem: when someone types a message in the chat you see this:

[World] [Newbie] <nick> <message>

Now i don't want people to see the prefix [World] but i don't know what plugin causes it. its not groupmanager.
any ideas which plugin does it?

It's Multiverse-Core. Go in to it's config and change prefix-chat to false.

also when i punch the ground with my fist when i'm newbie it says:

you are not permitted to interact with <block>

can i change this so that it says nothing and with what plugin do i change it.

 

It should be essentials.build but I'm not 100% sure.

 

I'm gonna look if i'm back from shopping

But i don't want people to break things.
