Chat modifying with pex and essentials

    I am using PEX for my permissions manager, but it won't modify anyone's chat. Yes I have chatmanager installed. I was wondering if essentials had anything to do with it. I have change display name set to true. I've had the same problem with all other permission plugins that I've tried. Even before I installed essentials. Thanks for your help.

    You have to set enable: to true, did you?
    (config.yml of ChatManager)
