   Basicly what i want is a chat channel plugin so you create chat channels ect. but i haven't found one where you set permssion levels for channels so one for mods ect but the reason i want a custom one is because i want a command for admins to move a player in to a chat channel say if they wanted to talk to them without loads of chat and player but there locked in that channel so they can't leave until an admin umlocks them or takes them out of the the channel please respond with questions or with the plugin ect

   As far as I am aware of, HeroChat still works, and offers most of the features you want. Not sure about this though, as it is been a while since it has been updates.
