Problem/Bug *Cauldron Jar not working.

    Since there is no alternative section for Bukkit anymore, I have to post in the next related thing.
    It says that there is a port that is already used, but the main thing is that it says that the state engine was in the incorrect state POSTINITIALIZATION.
