Can't join Server i just made

I keep getting this error:

I just paid for the service with daddycheese.com and figure i might get an aswer quicker here.
I can't even log into server, just says socket timed out. If you know a quick fix or have any idea on the route to even begin to fix this i would appreciate it.

 

Make sure ports are forwarded. (25565 by default)

 

I am using the company daddycheese, and they take care of that part by themselves. thank you though

 

If you set up the server but cannot connect, you are best to contact your hosting provider. There may be an issue on their side that they haven't resolved.
