Can't build/destroy in my OWN server.

I cannot build/destroy bricks in my OWN server. I am the owner and I am an OP. I am not in any safezone, I even tried 1,000+ blocks away. Nothing. This is a Bukkit server, and I use the McMyAdmin panel to do my permissions. ( Not sure if it matters. )
I am in the Administrators group aswell, who can build. The other OP's can build/destroy just fine.
Please help me.

I have deleted my minecraft.jar folder ( I had a minimap mod in place), force updated, and still nada.
