Can someone help me with a choice for picking the best rank plugins for an OP PRison server?

    I'm making an op prison server and I need a little help :)
    Does anyone know what plugin is best for ranks on a prison server? I know there is Prison, EXranks, a a few more. PLEASE COMMENT I REALLY NEED HELP! Also what about a sell all sign? For just special blocks listed on the sign? Or like if I wanted to sell 1 coal for 16ยข each. Thanks :):)

    @superblaze27 PEX and WorldGuard are great for create the regions so you can only enter them when you are a certain rank.
