Can someone help me understand the error/why it's not working?

So, I know this is part of a plugin but it's not the plugin itself that's not working, it's something on my end.
I've done my best to decipher the issue and, from what I can understand, it has something to do with parsing? I have no idea what any of that actually means and I'm just trying to get this plugin to work.

The default config file works perfectly, but when I make my modifications, I get this long error;

DeathMessages, by the way, is just exactly what it sounds like... custom death messages.

So if anyone here understands the error messages and can help me understand what's wrong, that would be awesome.

@divetoheart On line 171 of the configuration file, you have two apostrophes.

 

Oh thank you so much, haha. I need to proofread a lot better, there's a few other errors I picked up on, but never caught that one.
