Can somebody code this for me?

    I am not very experienced at all about java or how to code java, but possibly could somebody code this for craftbukkit 1.4.6 BETA?

    I have the Illegal Position Bug for my server and nobody has been able to play, so I would really appreciate it tons if somebody could do this for me.
