Plugin Help Can I do this with the Citizens or another plugin?

    So I'm making a sci-fi world which includes a spawn city. I want to have different races walking around in it. Using nova skins or through making my own I was hoping to basically have different looking AI people walking about or stationary.
    Is this possible with the citizens plugin or another? How?
    Does adding say 10-30 new citizens in one area (the spawn) cause much lagg/take up memory?

    @Jamesol1 Citizens will probably do the trick just fine.

    Does that plugin cause much lagg? I plan on using movecraft and also perhaps the tardis plugin.

    I think that Movecraft is a bigger issue then citizens.

    I know for a fact it is. But movecraft is the main element of the server... citizens (adding 10-30 new NPC's) is just something to make spawn better... so if it is quite significant on the memory... then i may consider not using it.
