What I want: I want a plugin where you buy an area of land (id like to be able to set each area myself) then you choose a template of a build (custom schematics) and it builds it for you in that area and claims it so only you and others you allow can access it (like creative plots.)

The economy portion of this plugin will be being able to purchase the land and building and having a configurable tax thing, I should be able to set a price of the land and the amount of tax, when to collect tax, and for how long. I also need it be able to configure how many collections they cant pay until the land gets reset.

Id like to be able to have the command work with a Command Sign Plugin or have it built into this plugin.

Ideas for commands: ./Land purchase (which brings up a GUI that lets you select the schematic)
./Land sell (removes schematic in the land, configurable pricing for this and above)

When I'd like it by: Whenever, Im in no rush
