For every community (including Minecraft servers), there are going to be members who simply dislike each other. I searched the plugin list numerous times to no avail, so I figured I'd give this a shot. Now, I have zero experience with java, so I have no understanding of how difficult, or simple a plugin like this would be, so bear with me. Basically, my vision of blocking a member would be simple. When a member is blocked, their chat messages won't show up for whoever blocked them. This practically makes it so they're not there. Commands could be pretty straight forward, as well. /block <name> would block someone, /unblock <name> would unblock them, and /block list could show a list of members who are blocked. Going a bit more advanced, permissions could be taken into consideration. Say, giving someone a certain node could prevent people from blocking that person/group. This way a member couldn't block an admin or staff member. Again, I don't know if this is even possible to code with the current version of Bukkit, but I thought I'd throw this out there anyway.
